OK, after a 1 month hiatus, I'm revamping this page this week. Check back often and see the results. I need some feedback too. And yes, the end of winter is in sight.

Nothing... absolutely nothing is going on. The snow is building up. The winter is dragging on. C'mmon springtime.

Congratulations to you Baltimore fans... Did the Giants show up for the game? This is it - my favorite pick for Super Bowl commercial.... and the winner is the Budweiser Aliens. LOL! If I can find a link to it, I'll post that link here. Well, we did do some ice fishing. Out of 20 tip-ups and at the end of 2 days of fishing, one forgotten tip-up had a bass on the line. But all wasn't lost. I dropped my new jigging pole in the water (A Christmas present from Angela - Thanks Anj:) with a new bait setup (Thank you - Chuck!) and caught a 15" rainbow trout within 20 seconds of the pole hitting the water. I didn't get skunked! Cleaned the fish, put it in a glass baking dish, stored it in a snowbank for an after superbowl snack... and there it sits now. Hope Jeff finds it before the dog. Not a bad weekend all in all. Time to get some serious work done. Catch you on the flip side... - Jim

GO GIANTS!!! Not that I care all that much, but it's kind of like the presidential election... You choose based on the participants... like it or not. I have inside information that my buddys' new ice fishing spot has netted him 1, count'em 1 fish all season. I think the new spot is more of convenience... sitting inside, looking through the picture window popping tops than anything. On second thought... sounds like a good location! Getting over one hell of a head cold... slept 13 hours the other night. Thanks honey for keeping the kids quiet. - Me.

Hey folks, not much going on this week other than dealing with 1 wickedly, evil, spiteful woman named Laura. Too bad some people have to seek revenge on innocent bystanders instead of accepting the fact that the trouble they get themselves into is of their own doing. The evil deed wasn't done to myself, but a good friend. I'm just doing my small part to tell the world... as are a significant number of other people. On another note... ice fishing and superbowl weekend coming up. First time ice fishing this year and a new spot to boot! Sounds like it's going to be a fun weekend. I'll let you know early next week. - Jim
