The Fascination HUMMINGBIRDS" There are over 300 species of hummingbirds,found nearly everywhere in the western hemisphere.All are marvelous in flight and their start-stop,up-down,forward-backward movements belong to them alone,Hummingbirds are believed to spend more time airborn than any other bird.When hovering,their tiny bodies are almost vertical as they dip their long beaks into a nectar-filled blossom and they seem to be standting in midair.North American species vary in lenght from 3" to 5" and consume up to half its weight in food daily.Hummingbirds may eat eat every 15 minutes.But right now there down south where its warm.So I'm feeding other birds at this time come summer.I hope you get to see the fascinating little Hummingbird tell then stay warm.I'm sorry about the screen going black its the Sun that does it.I can not help it as far as I know again Sorry.Feeder is down clean up time.
