WELCOME TO MICK`S CAM

The Webcam is sited in my radio shack, which over the last few years has become more of a PC room.
This PC is a P2 300Mhz with 64Mhz ram, which was made from scrap parts from local markets.
I have two other PC`s in the shack, a P333 for all the general work and a old 486 for use on packet radio.
Most of my time is now spent on the internet, with very little time left for radio, but I am sure in a few years I will get fed up with the net, and go back to radio.
My ham radio callsign is G1NVP.

I am also a very active SWL on my Racal RA17L and also my Murphy B40, both older valve radios but both in very good condition.
Also in my shack I have two Realistic DX-394, one connected to a ERA Microreader to monitor CW, and a National NCX-3 Tranceiver also valve.
For 2m radio I use a Kenwood TR-7625 connected to a 66MHZ PC via a Watson modem for use on Packet radio. For voice I use a Trio TR-9000 and a Yaesu FT-290r, I also have a Yaesu FT-203r handheld.
For 70cms I use a converted PMR radio SMC-545L14 with 2w output, Ok for local repeaters.
I also have a few scanners in my shack like the AOR-2002, AOR-1000, PRO-37, PRO-35.
