Squirrel Cam

This view is from our second floor window. It shows a "table" that contains two food cups for the birds and squirrels.

In the left cup is sunflower seed which attracts cardinals, juncos, rock doves and squirrels. The other cup contains peanuts, which attracts squirrels and blue jays.

Down below,on the first floor which is on a different camera, are two feeders with regular bird seed, for the smaller birds, and suet. There are dozens of sparrows, juncos, titmice, woodpeckers and more feeding from there.

We also have a Peregrine falcon that shows up probably 4 times a week, usually around 2 to 3 PM. Unfortunately, he likes to grab the little birds. We've had one to two of these falcons here every winter for the last five years. They supposedly live on the top of the Fleet bank building in downtown Providence. Because we have so many birds feeding here, it's a likely spot for them to hunt.
