John\'s Cam

Hi from John in Washington, DC. I am in a six-year relationship and am more interested in good conversation than performing on cam. Check my user details in ICQ to find out more about me.

My main pursuit right now is running. Ran my first marathon in October 2001 and am did three more in 2001: Nashville was April 28 and was VERY hot and hilly, Quebec City was August 25 and my time was a little better and Marine Corps in DC in October. For 2002 I am only signed up for the DC Marathon in March so far. I am also interested in politics (hazard of living in DC), performing arts and about anything else.

I have gotten several comments from folks who say they can never handle long runs or injure themselves and stop running. If so, you might want to read some of Jeff Galloway's books or see his Web site at www.jeffgalloway.com. I trained for the Marine Corps Marathon using his methods and am still going strong.
